About the Program. T-Mobile’s Project 10 Million is an initiative aimed at providing free high-speed internet access to 10 million underserved student households in the United States. The program offers free wireless hotspots, free high-speed data, and access to at-cost laptops and tablets. It is designed to help bridge the digital divide, ensuring that all students have the connectivity they need for online learning and access to educational resources. LeanStream Resource Partners, LLC ("LeanStream") specializes in third-party administration of telecommunications programs for colleges, schools & supporting organizations. LeanStream is grateful for its partnership with T-Mobile and proud to support enablement and administration of Project 10 Million. Your Wireless Hotspot. Your 4G Hotspot - a Franklin T10 4G Mobile Hotspot or technically comparable hotspot device - is a portable, battery-powered device that allows you to stay connected wherever you go. It's a powerful solution providing reliable internet to remote workers, outdoor meetings, travelers, and more. Cellular connectivity means no hassle Wi-Fi wherever there is coverage, providing fast speeds to multiple devices simply and securely.- 4G Speed: The 4G network delivers fast data rates and reliable connectivity for your internet needs.- Portability: The Hotspot is lightweight and easy to carry, making it convenient for use at home, work, or on the go.- Multiple Users: Capable of supporting multiple devices simultaneously, ensuring everyone stays connected.Your Subscription. Establishing your Project 10 Million subscription is easy. Simply complete your enrollment and submit your initial payment. Once your enrollment is processed, your Hotspot will be shipped directly to your doorstep. Equipment typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Future subscription payments will process automatically each month. There is no need to log in to your account to make a payment; simply set it and forget it.Subscriptions must be established using a bank debit or credit card account. Subscriptions established using prepaid cards, cash app cards, or other forms of payment may be canceled and refunded at the discretion of LeanStream. New program subscriptions by an account holder with terminated or delinquent accounts (that were not active for at least six (6) months from the initial enrollment date and for which the corresponding handset device and/or other equipment was not returned) will be first applied to any such delinquencies in order of the earliest instance.In order to foster a truly unique and sustainable experience for eligible subscribers, program participation is currently limited to one (1) line per eligible student-family.To change your payment method, update payment information, or restore, cancel, or suspend your subscription, contact LeanStream Wireless at (833) 943-4463 or info@leanstreamrp.com any time Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST. Note: New program subscriptions by an account holder with terminated or delinquent accounts (that were not active for at least six (6) months from the initial enrollment date and for which the corresponding device and/or other equipment was not returned) will be first applied to any such delinquencies in order of the earliest instance. Equipment can be returned to LeanStream’s fulfillment office located at: 4920 Corporate Drive NW, Suite B Huntsville, Alabama 35805.Program Eligibility. To qualify for Project 10 Million, families must have at least one student actively enrolled in a participating K12 organization (district, school, or supporting organization), and participate in at least of any of the following programs: National School Lunch Program (NSLP) or verify your participation in an eligible assistance program, including:- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)- Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT or P-EBT)- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)- Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)- Medicaid- Head Start, along with foster youth, migrant, homeless, or runaway youthService Availability & Coverage. Project 10 Million data and internet services are provided by T-Mobile Corporation. If the T-Mobile network does not offer adequate cellular coverage at your intended location of use, performance may be limited. Before enrolling in the Program, we encourage you to confirm T-Mobile’s coverage in your area. (Confirm T-Mobile coverage here). The Program is subscription-based and does not provide partial or prorated refunds or other reimbursements for mid-cycle cancellations or suspensions, ordinary and customary shipping periods, or failure to follow re-enrollment and/or cancellation procedures on the part of the subscriber.Program Limitations & Compliance. In order to foster a truly unique and sustainable experience for eligible subscribers, program participation is currently limited to one (1) line per eligible student-family. The products, services, and rate plans available via Project 10 Million are intended for private, non-commercial use solely by eligible participants of LeanStream clients. Beyond providing affordable connectivity solutions, LeanStream exerts every effort to ensure the sustainability of its programs, product offerings, and services, and to provide exceptional customer service and support. In furtherance of these efforts, LeanStream enforces certain limitations on the use of its programs.LeanStream reviews each order for compliance with this policy and may, in its sole discretion, refuse to process orders suspected of non-compliance herewith. In such instances, LeanStream reserves the right to cancel the subscription, refund a portion of the corresponding payment, and close the account without further action. Refunds provided pursuant to compliance review may take up to fifteen (15) days to process and may be discounted by the administrative fee. However, if Program subscriptions are canceled within six (6) months of the initial enrollment date, the subscriber agrees to return the hotspot device and/or any other equipment provided in conjunction with the Program to LeanStream’s fulfillment office at 4920 Corporate Drive NW, Suite B Huntsville, Alabama 35805. The cost of return shipping shall be paid by the subscriber. New program subscriptions by an account holder with terminated or delinquent accounts (that were not active for at least six (6) months from the initial enrollment date and for which the corresponding handset device and/or other equipment was not returned) will be first applied to any such delinquencies in order of the earliest instance. Subscriptions must be established using a bank debit or credit card account. LeanStream does not accept subscription payments initiated using prepaid debit cards.Other Terms & Conditions.Project 10 Million (“Program”) is offered and administered by LeanStream Resource Partners, LLC, (“LeanStream”) a limited liability company. The Program is offered as a unique accommodation to eligible student-families. LeanStream reserves the right to deny provision of service and/or equipment under the Program to individuals or other entities that do not meet Program eligibility requirements. LeanStream reserves the right to limit the number of Program enrollments per individual.Program enrollment and continuity of service requires an active subscription through LeanStream’s web-based enrollment portal(s). Upon initial enrollment, payment subscriptions are established between the subscriber and LeanStream's third-party payment processor. Subscription payments are drafted monthly on or about the same day of each month based on the subscriber’s indicated method of payment. The subscriber has the ability to manage his/her indicated method of payment at any time and shall remain solely responsible for non-payment and/or subscription failure due to the provision of inaccurate information, insufficient funds, or any other circumstance which causes failure of payment remittance on the subscription due date. In the event of subscription failure or payment delinquency, LeanStream reserves the right, in its discretion, to temporarily suspend or cancel the corresponding service line.There are no long-term contracts required to participate in the Program. However, if Program participation is canceled within 6 months of the initial subscription, the subscriber shall return the handset device and/or any other equipment provided in conjunction with the Program to LeanStream’s fulfillment office at 4920 Corporate Drive NW, Suite B Huntsville, Alabama 35805. The cost of return shipping shall be paid by the subscriber.During congestion, customers using >50GB/mo. may notice reduced speeds until the next bill cycle due to data deprioritization. Video typically streams on smartphone/tablet at DVD quality (480p). Video streams at up to 1.5Mbps. Optimization may affect the speed of video downloads; does not apply to video uploads. For best performance, leave any video streaming applications at their default automatic resolution setting. Optional educational filtering may prevent some video streaming or other content. Not for extended international use; primary usage must occur on our network. Device must register on the T-Mobile network before international use. Service may be terminated or restricted for excessive roaming. T-Mobile is not responsible for partners’ networks. Coverage is not available in some areas. Network Management: Service may be slowed, suspended, terminated, or restricted for misuse, abnormal use, interference with our network or ability to provide quality service to other users, or significant roaming.
