ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Award nominees must:

  • work for an LSQ member organisation in any area of health or biomedical innovation
  • identify as a woman in the early to mid stages of her career
  • not have won this award in the past five years
  • not have served on the LSQ Board of Directors in the last three years. 

AWARD JUDGING CRITERIA

Judges are seeking to honour a passionate woman who has impacted the success of the Queensland life sciences industry and aspires to take her career to the next level. 

Please provide evidence to support that you (or your nominee) has:
  • demonstrated contributions beyond your job scope to further the Queensland life sciences industry
  • demonstrated experience in mentoring others, fostering growth, and contributing to the professional development of colleagues – or is seeking to increase her capacity to be a mentor
  • aspirations to move into directorships
  • contributed to raising Queensland's life sciences profile and capabilities.
Provide a maximum of 250 words, ensuring you address the Award Judging Criteria above.
