Applicants wishing to apply for an exception should upload a copy of their MD/DDS/DMD diploma and a justification letter. This can be confirmed by their academic referee.

Will it have been a maximum of 7 years since you have completed your qualifying diploma on 30 September 2024?*

Please note: For applicants holding more than one qualifying diploma (e.g., MD and PhD), the most recent qualifying diploma can be used.

The eligibility period can be extended for the following documented circumstances having occurred after the award of the qualifying degree and until the call deadline: maternity and paternity leave, long-term illness and national service. The extension time will be calculated based on the supporting documentation provided by the applicant.
