CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

Pitch your business innovation directly to offshore wind industry stakeholders

For the third year the Oceantic Network (previously Business Network for Offshore Wind) and SeaAhead are partnering to host the Startup Alley at the 2024 International Offshore Wind Partnering Forum (IPF), taking place April 22-25 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

SeaAhead, a bluetech startup platform that helps to build and catalyze startups in ocean industries and ocean sustainability, will select 12-15 companies to deliver five-minute pitches to IPF attendees and participate in a moderated Q&A session.

If accepted, SeaAhead will work with your company one-on-one to help hone your pitch. As the industry’s premier annual networking event, your business will have access to an anticipated 5,000 industry professionals from across the supply chain.

Located in the heart of America’s offshore energy industry, New Orleans will host 2024 IPF just as the Gulf of Mexico begins developing its offshore wind market. Gulf companies are already hard at work building America’s next energy industry and moving to integrate new technologies like green hydrogen into offshore wind. Embracing its offshore energy past and embracing the future of offshore wind, New Orleans and the state of Louisiana are emerging as a center of experience, expertise, innovation, and heart of this new industry. Startup Alley gives your business the opportunity to showcase your innovations and directly connect with industry leaders and stakeholders.

Applications are due January 12, 2024. There is no cost to apply, however if accepted startups will pay $1,495 to participate and will receive 1 ticket for 1 member of the team to attend.
