Are full time employed with no chance of resignation during the programme (April to June)
They are currently in a leadership role related to marketing
Highly ambitious to further career in marketing leadership, aspiring to Board roles
Demonstrates commitment to career with evidence of results and achievements
High emotional intelligence and natural drive to succeed
By being nominated the company agrees to release the participant for all Advanced Marketing Leadership workshops. (3 x 2 day workshops: April 18th & 19th | May 30^th & 31st | June 20th & 21st)
