Request for Business Advising

Xcelerate has a pool of trusted and talented business coaches and mentors on standby to help you navigate your way around some of the challenges that you face as you grow your business. Our coaching services are delivered by experts who understand your journey and are available for one-on-one guidance. Pairings are created with intention based on your specific needs and are available virtually or in-person.

What does it cost?
Xcelerate charges an administrative fee of $35 per coach pairing. Prosper Portland, Business Oregon, and The Oregon Community Foundation are generously subsidizing coaching and mentorship for women business owners. This is subject to change based on funding availability. If the admin fee poses a burden, please let us know. Waivers are available.

Am I eligible for support?
Only women and gender-expansive business owners whose business is registered in Oregon are eligible for support. Xcelerate's support is targeted to growing businesses of all sizes who are ready to grow and scale. We support owners with a product or service already on the market that have been generating revenue for at least one year. Your answers below allow us to begin the process of intake. Once submitted, someone will be in touch within 7 days to schedule a follow up phone call.

We do not support nonprofits at this time.

Is this a good fit?
This is not a service to hire a professional services advisor or contractor. This is targeted guidance to help you troubleshoot a specific issue or navigate an area of need that can help you stay solvent, grow or move you forward if you are stuck. Our coaching builds your capacity to do for yourself - we are merely here to teach, coach and guide.

I acknowledge that this is business coaching not a business service. I must show up prepared and ready to put the work into learning from my coach/mentor. I commit to being on time, prepared, focused and ready to do the work upon my scheduled time with a coach.*

The administrative fee is $35 per coach pairing. This means you pay $35 to be introduced to a coach, regardless of how many hours of support you receive. If you ask to be introduced to another coach, you would incur an additional $35. You will not be charged again for more time with the same coach. We will invoice you for the administrative fee prior to introducing you to your coach. If these terms pose a financial burden, please request support to cover the fee. We don't want money to be a barrier to receiving support.*

Follow up surveys and post service check-ins are a regular part of receiving support from publicly funded programs. I agree to complete requested feedback promptly and candidly.*
