AIESEC UK are sponsors for the Temporary Worker - Government Authorised Exchange (GAE), which is different from a standard work visa in that it is meant to give international students work experience in the UK and should be used for training opportunities that are not essential positions within the company. By requesting sponsorship through AIESEC, you confirm that the jobs you are offering are internships or similar training-based opportunities, and that the jobs exist outside of the companies normal staffing needs.
