This is the TCWGlobal VOI/VOE (Verification of Income/Employment) request process.

To have a VOI/VOE completed, please submit this form. All the fields in this form are required including DOB and the last 4 digits of the worker's SSN as identifiers. If you are requesting this form for yourself, a signed release form is not required (the form itself is sufficient 😊). For privacy purposes, if you are a third party requesting a VOI/VOE form on behalf of a worker, you are required to upload a release form signed by the worker (the form must be signed within the last 60 days). This signed release authorizes TCWGlobal to complete the VOI/VOE. Requests from a third party missing a valid release form will be delayed.

If this form is filled out entirely, VOI/VOEs are generally returned within 2 business days. TCWGlobal uses a standardized VOI/VOE template to ensure we can complete these requests quickly (and securely) for you!

If the information is incomplete or the disclosure is inaccurate, processing time may take longer so that we may collect the additional information needed.

The company requiring this information should provide a signed release form template. If not, templates are often available online.
