Cross-Sector Collaboratives are networks of leaders from private business & industry, government, academia, nonprofits, and organized labor who work together to advance Pennsylvania’s interests in each high-growth economic opportunity area. The Collaboratives serve as opportunities for networking, education, and discussion, with participants who come together with shared purpose on complex topics.

Each collaborative meets quarterly, and participation is open and dynamic.

What do Cross-Sector Collaboratives Do?

  • Align around shared priorities: Build coalitions around shared priorities and connect dots among complementary initiatives and activities across the state.
  • Advise on Team Pennsylvania’s strategy, identifying opportunities for Team Pennsylvania to play unique and catalytic roles to strengthen targeted sectors.
  • Elevate & amplify promising practices and ripe opportunities that merit coordinated attention or are ready for scale.
  • Educate & inform on critical topics, developing a shared set of facts that support coordinated action.
  • Connect stakeholders across sectors who share common interests and goals, encouraging collaboration and connectivity, especially among unlikely partners.
