Before continuing to fill in this form, please try the following to solve the issue with the monitor (if you haven't done so already):

1. Unplug the power adapter from the power socket 
2. Leave it unplugged for min. 3 minutes 
3. Plug the power adapter back into the power socket 
4. Wait for the monitor to restart

If restarting the monitor hasn't solved the issue, please answer the following questions so our Support Team can help you as quickly as possible:

Please provide the number under the QR code on the back of your monitor (e.g. ORB0123)
To verify whether your monitor is connected, you can check the round 4G / wifi icons on the bottom of the touch screen. If the respective icon is blue, this indicates a successful connection.
