AUSTSWIM Training Course Cancellation Form

AUSTSWIM recognises that sometimes circumstances can reduce candidates' capacity to complete their chosen course. In these instances, candidates may request to cancel their enrolment, by filling out this form.

Cancellation Deadline:
For cancellations made by 5 pm AEST on the Tuesday before Day One (1) of your course incur an administration fee of $93.65

Late Cancellations:
Cancellation requests received after 5 pm AEST on the Tuesday before Day One (1) of the course will not be eligible for a refund.

Extenuating Circumstances:

At AUSTSWIM's sole discretion, if extenuating circumstances are validated by official documentation (e.g., medical certificate, police report, accident report, statutory declaration), AUSTSWIM may elect to transfer you to an alternate course. All transfers incur an administration fee of $93.65 to cover re-enrolment costs.

This cancellation policy has been implemented due to the costs associated with venue hire, trainer resourcing, and other operational logistics that AUSTSWIM incurs based on the assumption that the candidate will attend the course.
