To be eligible for the Arts Workforce Initiative Sponsorship, individuals must:

Be an urban creative between the ages of 18-40
Have a leadership role in organizing the project
Project takes place in the next 90 days within one of the designated cities
Align with the R.E.A.D.I. framework
