The CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) requires us to audit your business to ensure compliance with the TSR (Telemarketing Sales Rule).
In order to comply with TSR, your website/lead funnel must NOT include:

Any call-to-action driving consumers to phone calls
Any call-to-action driving consumers to video conference

These elements are prohibited prior to a sale of credit repair services.

If found, we are required by CFPB to terminate your services immediately.

You agree that this authorization to use Photographs may be assigned by Daniel Rosen Inc. to any other party. You agree that that the Photographs may be combined with other Photographs, sounds, text and graphics, and that the Photographs may be manipulated, cropped, altered, or modified in Daniel Rosen Inc.'s sole discretion.
