Global Startup Visa Program Application

Application Steps
  1. Applicants review the eligibility criteria for the immigration stream (Startup Visa or Foreign Graduate Entrepreneur Stream) they are looking to apply to once they have completed Platform's Global Startup Visa Program.
  2. Applicants complete and submit their application to the Platform team.
  3. The Platform team will review each application and if they meet our program requirements, the applicant will be contacted to schedule an interview with our team.
  4. After the interview, successful applicants will be accepted into Platform Calgary's Global Startup Visa Program.

Incoming applications will be reviewed in February and March prior to the Spring 2025 cohort kicking off in April.

What to expect next:
  • Applications will be reviewed during February through April, and June through August.
  • All applicants will receive a response informing them whether they have been accepted into the program or not. One-on-One conversations will not be held with the rejected applicants.
