Cabin Dreams Rental Agreement Form

Electronic Signature (eSignature): You consent and agree that your use of a key pad, mouse or other device to select an item, button, icon or similar act/action while using any electronic service we offer; or in accessing or making any transactions regarding any document, agreement, acknowledgement, consent, term, disclosure, or condition constitutes your signature, acceptance and agreement as if actually signed by you in writing. Further, you agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your electronic signature; and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your signature or resulting contract between you and Cody's Cabins LLC. You understand and agree that your eSignature executed in conjunction with the electronic submission of your application will be legally binding and such transaction will be considered authorized by you.

I understand this is a legally binding instrument. I certify, under penalty & perjury, that I am 25 yrs. of age, or older, & I am the holder of the credit card account used for rental &/or deposit. I fully understand & agree with all rental conditions listed in this agreement. In case of default by renter & non-collection by Cody's Cabins LLC, guests agree to pay for all court costs, attorney fees and any other collections costs. I also agree to abide by all swimming pool rules, and I agree to be bound to all terms listed above.

I authorize Cody's Cabins LLC to debit the initial deposit and other applicable charges from the credit card account or checking account submitted by you, the renter.
