I understand my account will be billed $5 per month. Upon activation of my membership, a pro-rated payment for days remaining in the month must be made. Regular payments will resume on the first of the month following activation. Upon reactivation, rebate of my Stay & Save fees will be issued via store credit which may be used toward in store purchases.

Freeze requests must be submitted by the 20th of the month to be processed for the next billing cycle. Requests submitted after the 20th will take effect for the following month. Freeze requests take effect the 1st, allowing access to services through the end of the month.

Note: Submission of this form is a request and does not guarantee Membership Freeze. A Guest Services Representative will provide confirmation of your freeze request within 24-48 hours (freeze requests are not final until you receive confirmation).
