Facility Reservation Form

To ensure guaranteed use of a park shelter, a reservation is required. Park shelters that are not rented are available to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis, provided the activity does not include features listed under the "Do I Need a Permit" section.

Online reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance.

Alberta O. Jones Park Reservation Rules

Decorations: Decorations are permitted with tape only, and must be taken down and removed at the end of the rental.
Not Allowed: Confetti. Water balloons. Fire works. Pop-its or other debris.
Clean Up: You are responsible for all clean-up and takedown, as well as any damages to the pavilion or park. Community members frequently reserve these park pavilions, so please be respectful and return everything to its original condition. If there are any damages, you agree that your right to future reservations may be revoked. Fees for damages will be assessed from $75 up to $350.
Refunds: Please note that refunds are not available for inclement weather or other reasons. However, we are happy to reschedule your reservation to a different available date if needed.
