Cancelling your Namola Panic Tracker subscription

In order to cancel your Namola Panic Tracker subscription, we need to cancel the service to the sim card that is allocated to that Namola Panic Tracker. Cancelling the sim card means that the Namola Panic Tracker will no longer send signals to the Namola response centre when the SOS button is pushed.

We will also cancel your Namola Plus subscription which comes with the Namola Panic Tracker, which means that you will no longer have access to Armed Response and Private Medical Response in the event of an emergency (read more here on how you can purchase the Namola Plus app-only subscription and continue to have access to Armed Response and Private Medical Response anywhere, anytime).

Please note: Cancelling your Namola Panic Tracker makes it difficult to reactivate it in the future, which is why we would like to present you with several alternate options that are available to you before deciding on cancellation:

Option 1- Assigning it to a family member or friend.
Is there a family member or friend that you could give the device to? It is super simple to assign it to someone else. You can read how in this article.

Option 2: Suspend the subscription for 3 months
We can also suspend the subscription for you for 3 months, which can give you time to decide what you would like to do with it? If you would like to do this please click here.

If neither of the above options suit you, then we will cancel the Panic Tracker and the sim card. To cancel your Namola Panic Tracker subscription please fill in this form and one of our Customer Support Specialists will get back to you.
