If your files collectively exceed 100MB, you will receive an error when attempting to submit your form. If this is the case, please see the next field.

If your photos exceed the 100MB limit, please provide a link to a cloud based folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

VERY IMPORTANT: You must allow for your folder to be viewable by "anyone with a link" if using Google Drive. If using Dropbox, you must provide the "can view" link to the folder. This is applicable to any other permission based cloud storage system. Otherwise, we will not be able to access your folder & photos.

Please credit the photographer (IG handle). If different credits apply for different photos, please clearly indicate this below (photo description + photographer).

If no credit information is required or known, please type N/A.

Please upload a video of a previous performance. If you do not have one, please upload a clear video of yourself that we can use for marketing purposes.

IMPORTANT

As a way to support the artists, our professional photographers @insxghtprod & @blackmaneffectphotography will be covering the night. They will be available to take pictures of performers on/off the stage which will be shared with each performer upon request.

Event attendees will also receive a handout on which each performer’s social media information will be provided. There will also be a reel recap of the night, tagging all performers, which can be shared with them.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Featured & scheduled performers have free admission. Their guests must purchase tickets online via eventbrite for admission.

Upon purchasing tickets, guests who are in attendance will be able to perform during open mic (last portion of the evening) if they choose, on a first come, first serve basis (as time permits).

All performers must be respectful with peers, with the Pieces of Us staff, and are expected to stay on top of all communication from the Pieces of Us team.

By selecting this box, I acknowledge that my performance on Pieces of Us, a public platform, may be captured by guests and shared on social media. I understand and consent to the Pieces of Us Team recording the event, including my performance, and sharing selected clips on their official social media platforms with closed captions that I will provide. These clips may be used for promotion and to enhance the platform's audience experience. I am aware of the potential reach and exposure from being featured on social media and understand I will be credited appropriately, or to the best of the Pieces of Us Team’s ability. By selecting this box, I confirm my voluntary permission for the Pieces of Us Team to record, capture, and share my performance, recognizing the possible implications and benefits of such exposure.*
