Guarantee & Payment Security: In applying for a credit facility, the customer agrees to the
following payment terms:
 Late payment will attract an interest rate of 20 % per month.
 In the event of default, the customer agrees to cover all collection fees, legal costs,and other expenses incurred by Easy Logistics Pty Ltd in recovering the debt.

Security:
Company shall nominated a Guarantor who shall be responsible of payment or any debt. Name and details of personal who shall act as a Guarantor on behalf of the company shall be provider under section 5 below. A personal guarantee for the payment of any debts. This is required for new customers or higher credit limits of more than AUD 2000.
