Yield Distro Credit Report Uploads

Please follow these instructions for uploading your credit reports:

Upload one report for each location. If you have reports for more than one location, use a separate form for each.
If you're submitting reports for multiple brands, upload a separate file for each brand.
For reports/events involving multiple brands at different locations, please fill out a separate form for each location.
Make sure to clearly list each promotion and the number of units involved in your report.
