ASTA Educational Journey (FAM) Application

Thank you for your interest in hosting an ASTA Educational Journey.

Please Note the Following Qualifications :
  • You must be a current ASTA member to host an Educational Journey.
  • Hosting an Educational Journey will require a $1,500 marketing fee. This fee ensures comprehensive promotion of your FAM experience, including multiple email blasts, social media campaigns, and featured placement in our Travel Advisor Daily E-newsletter.
  • Your company must spend a $5,000 minimum with ASTA for the year ($1,500 marketing fee can go towards that total).
  • Educational Journeys require at least three months of lead time to market.
  • ASTA will markup your advisor participation rate 20% to your cost. 
  • ASTA will not guarantee a minimum number of participants for your Educational Journey.
  • Must provide one spot per 20 advisors on Educational Journey for ASTA staff representative.
  • Failure to provide ASTA with details in a timely manner may result in cancellation of your program.
