The Bench Foundation 2025 Scholarship Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for a Bench Foundation Scholarship. The goal of this scholarship program is to support the college and career aspirations of children of first responders. To be eligible for consideration, applicants must be the child of an active or retired first responder.

Please complete the 2025-2026 Bench Foundation Scholarship application below. If selected, you will be asked for documentation to support the data you provide. Note that you will be asked to upload a brief personal statement at the end of the form. The maximum scholarship award for the current cycle is $2,000.00. Applications are due April 15th. Recipients will be notified of award no earlier than May 1st.
