2025 ALZA APPLICATION

The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) is proud to present the ALZA Advanced Latino Leadership Program. ALZA is a dynamic and culturally relevant program that is designed to elevate Latino/a/x/e leaders’ careers by preparing them for C-Suite level roles. The program aims to cultivate and appreciate Latino/a/x/e identity as well as develop new paradigms of success. ALZA helps participants build clarity around leadership style, preferences, and dimensions. By exploring the psychology of Latino/a/x/e individuals’ challenges in climbing the corporate ladder, discussing workplace politics, and strategically creating allies to support one another, participants improve their leadership skills.
