DECREE NO. 58,228, OF MAY 16, 2018 Provides for the use of the social name and the recognition of the gender identity of transvestites, transgender women, and transgender men in all organs of the Direct Municipal Public Administration and in municipalities' autarchies, foundations, public companies, and mixed-economy companies, as well as in autonomous social services established by the Municipality, municipal public service concessionaires, and legal entities referred to in Article 2, Clause I, of Federal Law No. 13,019, of July 31, 2014, that maintain any type of agreement with the Municipal Administration.
