MOQ and postage

Our minimum order amount to receive free shipping is $250. Any orders under $250 will incur a $15 P&H fee.
Express post is available to WA and the NT. Orders must be over the value of $250 and an additional charge of $10 per 5kg box will be added to the order total.
All new customers will be required to pay their first order prior to shipping, after which a 14-day account will be issued.
All accounts must be settled prior to reorders. If an outstanding invoice falls 14 days past the overdue date, your subsequent orders will revert to COD.
If after 30 days an account remains overdue, and there has been no attempt to finalise payment, you will have your debt passed on to Slater Byrne Recoveries and be liable to any and all fees associated with the debt recovery.
Credit card payments will incur a 2.5% transaction fee.
