As an Account Manager you will be responsible for prospecting and expanding the customer base within your territory. You can apply for the position below. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales “team lead” consultation, related to design, support, and management of customer activity involving but not limited to content management products, systems, and enterprise physical and digital storage solutions, products and services.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop business with customers and potential customers.
  • Help meet growth and profitability goals through effective sales and customer service.
  • Analyze customer/competition situations, customer’s business issues and interests, and generate a strategy that will achieve business objectives.
  • Develop a business plan consistent with short-range and long-range company objectives.
  • Demonstrate our products and services by providing direction and information on the products and related services.
  • Develop and maintain technical competency in all products professional services supplied by Imaging Office Systems.
  • Stay informed on industry changes and participates, where possible, in organizations directly involved with our prime markets to help improve sales techniques and sales knowledge.
  • Provide oversight to sales support, marketing, services, purchasing/inventory to help reach company objectives
  • Maintain a sales forecasting capability and an active reporting procedure in accordance with company needs, including working with CRM tool for contacts, activity, and quoting.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in communications, collaboration, and data technology, with specific experience selling content management product lines
  • Knowledge of selling professional services and managed services is preferred
  • Knowledge of software as a service, cloud, premise and hybrid solutions is preferred
  • Two or more years of direct selling experience is preferred
  • Ability to call on and work directly with C-level executives in mid- to large-size businesses
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and communication skills are essential
  • Demonstrated sales ability and technical aptitude is required
  • Knowledge and track record of territory development, including new business accounts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is preferred
  • Previous experience working in the technology industry is preferred

 

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • Two-year college degree minimum

Work Environment
Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment. This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
