Prospective Board Member Application

 

Ministries of Grace dba Meals by Grace (MbG) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit serving those in need in the north Metro area. MbG fills the gap for those in need in our community, helping them bridge poverty to sufficiency, paving their way with dignity, and supporting the community.

The following application enables the applicant (you) to provide information about themselves to the existing board members. From the information you provide, a determination will be made as to how we can work together to assist the organization in fulfilling its mission and achieving its strategic plans.

Applicants may also submit references or letters of recommendation for consideration. All correspondence should be emailed to Suellen Daniels, CEO/Executive Director, suellen.daniels@mealsbygrace.org.

Which Committee of the Board most interests you

The Board meets on the third Saturday of every month at 3540 Keith Bridge Road, Cumming, GA 30041, at 9:00 AM unless communicated in advance. Meetings should be attended in person. If you cannot attend in person for any reason, you can contact the Board chair for permission to have a zoom link or be excused. Meetings are typically 1 – 1.5 hours long, depending on agenda items.

You will be emailed the agenda and items to review before the meeting; please review them. If you have questions, comments, or concerns about any items, please let the Board Chair or appropriate Board Committee chair know before the meeting. Any items with issues or concerns that could not be addressed/resolved before the meeting will be added to the docket for the following meeting but will not be addressed in the current meeting. Come prepared to VOTE on the advance materials received.
