Cancellation Information

Cancellations are due by the 20^th of the month to avoid additional charges. If you submit your cancellation form after the 20^th you will be billed for one more month. Once your cancellation is fully processed you will receive a cancellation confirmation, stating that you are no longer enrolled in CAC Tri Club and you will not be billed for future months.

I understand that class enrollment must be cancelled by the 20th of the month to stop payment for the next month. No refunds or makeups.

With my electronic signature I confirm that I wish to cancel my enrollment in CAC Tri Club, and acknowledge I am responsible for all applicable payments up to the date that my cancellation is confirmed. I understand my cancellation is not complete until confirmed by a CAC Swimming Programs staff member.
