Contact the TEN Clinical Support Team

The TEN Clinical Support Team has been funded by the Federal Government to support frontline health workers. No referral, Medicare, or GP information is required and eligible Australian health professionals (registered with AHPRA or a recognised professional body) can access this service.

What to expect from the TEN clinical consultation service
  • The TEN clinical consultation service is available to eligible Australian health professionals (registered with AHPRA or a recognised professional body) and includes up to five free consultations with either a clinical psychologist, provisional psychologist, or psychiatrist.
  • Depending on your needs, our team can provide comprehensive mental health assessments, short-term support, brief cognitive-behavioural therapy, advice on medications, or a referral into longer-term mental health care.
  • Unfortunately we cannot provide crisis support or emergency care. Depending on service demand there may be a waitlist to see a TEN clinician. During your initial phone call, we will advise of any waitlist times and discuss alternative options with you if you need urgent support.

If you or someone else needs help immediately, please refer to our Get help now page.
