Delegate Terms and Conditions
The online booking form for each of our events constitutes a legally binding agreement. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. We reserve the right to cancel any registrations that do not meet the criteria outlined for each event.Cancellations & No-ShowsA £99+VAT no-show charge will be levied should you fail to cancel your place in advance or attend on the day. This covers the loss in costs for catering and allows those on the waiting list to be offered a space. Cancellations must confirmed via the cancellation form provided in the event confirmation email or by contacting events@digit.fyi by no later than Monday, 24th March 2025 at 5pm UK time. This is in accordance with the event booking terms and conditions.
