Is there a workspace you’d like to book that isn’t on the Desana platform? You’re in the right place! This form enables you to put in a request for a workspace that you would like our team to invite to partner with Desana.

Included below are some essential questions that ensure we connect with the right space and offer us the best chance of successfully inviting them to partner with Desana. The more detail you can provide the better! In particular, we’d love to hear why this space is your ideal choice.

What happens next

First, our team will confirm that your request is aligned with your team’s Desana permissions. Once confirmed, our dedicated Workspace Supply team will reach out to the space to discuss the possibility of joining our network. If they’re keen to partner, and they pass our internal qualification process, we'll take them through onboarding. Once onboarding is complete we’ll then get the space profile up and running on our app, and of course let you know when it's ready for booking!

Processing timeframe

Upon receiving your request our team will reach out to the workspace within 2 business days of completing your permission check. Following this, the timeframe for onboarding can vary and all depends on how responsive and reactive the workspace is - it might be a matter of days or in some cases take a few months. Occasionally, despite our best efforts, we might not be able to onboard your space. However, if this happens, or if things are taking longer than anticipated, we’ll keep you updated and are always ready to help explore alternative options for you.
