Network IQ Alliance, an EU EIT HEI funded consortium, opens recruitment to identify 15 non-academic candidates for the Train-The-Trainer Network IQ Programme.

The priority will be given to candidates associated with or recommended by Network IQ Alliance Partners. See which institutions are eligible to delegate or recommend candidates for this training under this link https://eit-hei.eu/projects/network-iq-alliance/

The ideal candidates for the Network IQ Train-The-Trainer Managerial Track should have a track record as university innovation professionals, or university management responsible for ecosystem engagement strategy. The ideal candidates for the Network IQ Consultants Track should have a tack record as trainers, mentors or coaches in areas of innovation and entrepreneurship (e.g. lean, agile, design thinking, business model canvas) or personal development (e.g. Gallup CliftonStrengths, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence).  

Experience in talent development programmes offered by the EIT KICs in education, innovation, or acceleration pillars, especially EIT Health, EIT Manufacturing, EIT Digital, EIT Climate, EIT Alumni, EIT Women and EIT HEI will be an advantage.
