Podcast Guest Registration 
We appreciate your interest in participating in the Local Content Podcast. All guest requests must be submitted through the web form below. We request that you submit this form along with any supporting materials preferably 3-weeks prior to your scheduled interview. Please note that all requests will be reviewed before making a final determination. We cannot guarantee a response any earlier than two weeks before the requested date.

All guest of the Local Content Podcast must be registered supplier and/or buyer of the
Supplier Diversity Local Exchange is available to both for profits and nonprofit organizations (registration is free)

Local Content Podcast Guest Release Form

• I hereby grant permission to Local Content and its representatives to record, use, and distribute my voice, image, and likeness for the purpose of producing a podcast episode or series.
• I acknowledge that my participation in the podcast is voluntary and that I will receive no financial compensation for my appearance.
• I represent and warrant that my participation in the podcast will not infringe upon the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law or regulation.
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Content, its representatives, and any affiliated companies, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in the podcast.
• I understand that Local Content will have full ownership of the final produced podcast episode or series and all rights associated with it, including the right to use, distribute, and sell the episode or series in any media, now or in the future.
• I hereby release and discharge Local Content, its representatives, and any affiliated companies from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in the podcast, including, without limitation, any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of publicity rights.
• I have read this release form and fully understand its contents. I certify that I am at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of my parent or legal guardian to participate in the podcast.
