Marketing Manager

Opportunity to lead commercial real estate property and service marketing activities at a fast-growing regional commercial real estate brokerage firm. Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing coordinators producing property marketing materials
• Oversee continued improvement of brand voice and reputation in company marketing, social media and email marketing
• Support top producing agents by creating marketing deliverables including offering memorandums, flyers and email marketing
• Continue improvement of large property offering memorandums for firm use
• Continue improvement of listing and service presentations
• Promotion of firm success marketing larger properties
• Implement methods to improve efficiency and production
• Oversee speed and accuracy of deliverables for agents and clients
• Produce rave reviews from successful sales brokers
• Regular reporting to senior leadership of department initiatives

Qualifications:

• Marketing, communication, real estate, business or related degree
• Three or more years commercial real estate marketing experience
• Experience creating marketing for large commercial properties
• Ability to coach, train and develop team members
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Ability to work well with successful sales brokers and clients
• Experience with property marketing software including InDesign, Photoshop and Canva
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing and social media
