Wondering if Dustless Blasting is the right tool for your application? We can help! We can blast half of your parts for you to see the comparison and send you a video of the process. But first:

Blasting your part will take time, materials, and fuel. Please be courteous by searching our YouTube channel, where we may have already blasted dozens of similar coatings.

If possible, please send parts you don’t need back. If you do need them back please provide us with your UPS or FedEx account number.

By sending us a part and filling out this form, you consent to images and videos of it being used in our marketing materials.

Will it be painted? Powder coated? Will no new coating be applied? Different abrasives create different anchor profiles, which can impact the adhesion of your new coating. This helps us select the appropriate abrasive for your demo.

Please note that our demonstration process is designed as a test for comparison purposes. During the demo, we do not blast an entire item but rather simulate the process to showcase its effectiveness and provide you with a clear understanding of the results you can expect. If you are unable to be present in person for the demonstration, we can arrange to film the entire process and email you the video. This way, you can still observe the demonstration remotely and gain insights into how our product performs. If you would like the tested parts returned to you, simply provide us with a return shipping label, and we will facilitate the return process.
