All organizations looking to host meetings/events in Las Vegas during The HFA Show 2025 must submit this form for approval prior to securing space/planning the event—regardless of location or venue, including events considering use of official HFA Show 2025 venues.
Pending approval, HFA will assist you with the process of securing space at the Mandalay Bay Resort or other official HFA venue or hotel. Requests may not be made directly to any official event venues.
Any and all fees assessed by the venue and/or HFA are the responsibility of the approved organization to pay. Possible fees include, but are not limited to, sponsorship, room rental, A/V, food and beverage, etc.
Meetings/events may not be held, nor may transportation be scheduled to/from events during official HFA Show 2025 events and activities. Please review the event schedule prior to submitting this form.
