The Act of Random Kindness (ARK) project has been created to support the humanitarian pillars driven by our organization.
ARK represents Nobel Biocare's commitment to give back to the community, support patient well-being and leverage valuable expertise to change patients' lives.
Nobel Biocare will support selected pro-bono cases with the Nobel Biocare products needed for the treatment. The treating clinician contributes by providing the treatment free of charge to the patient in need. This initiative is dedicated exclusively to patients with proven financial needs who can otherwise not afford the treatment.
Submitted requests with all necessary supporting documentation (as listed below) will be evaluated based on pre-defined criteria, such as, patient selection, financial need of the patient, justification for the request and the treatment needs. Please make sure all requested information is provided correctly and completely. The review and approval of requests greatly depends on the complete submission of the case details. Upon review of a submitted request, Nobel Biocare will decide if a case can be supported and will inform the requestor of the decision.
To apply, please fill out the below form and provide the requested supporting documentation. The form below includes personal information about the patient and it is essential that the applying clinician obtains the patient’s consent prior to submission of the request. Files to be uploaded must include: Patient consent to disclosure of patient information to Nobel Biocare, patient clinical history, clinical pictures, evidence that the patient is in need of a pro bono treatment (for example, income statement or other evidence showing that the patient is in financial need).
This humanitarian project has been created to enable treatment of patients in financial need who otherwise cannot afford the treatment. Together we can change patients' lives.
