Camp Pathfinder Job Application

We're looking for enthusiastic leaders to create and guide activities for local youth in a camp setting.

We are searching for individuals who can:

- Initiate daily activities
- Engage youth in meaningful social interactions
- Include everyone
- Build positive relationships in various settings
- Be comfortable working with small and large groups

Camp counselors must be at least 16 years old. Priority will be given to those with experience in teaching, education, or community leadership, especially when working with children of all abilities in a flexible environment.

About Camp Pathfinder:

We are thrilled to host youth programming on a beautiful 272-acre property, previously operated by the Boy Scouts as "Camp Nooteeming." This camp is now under the ownership of Dutchess County Government and operated by the Pathfinder Foundation.

Camp will run for 7 weeks from July 8 to August 23, in 2-week sessions. Camp hours are from 9 am to 4 pm, with AM/PM extended care options. Campers aged 4-17 with varying abilities are welcome.
