COURSE WITHDRAWAL FORM 

This form is for students who wish to apply for a withdrawal or change from the course.
Please ensure that you have read and understood the withdrawal from the course and enrolment policy. Please refer to ihsydney.com.au for more information. 
Students must ensure that all fields are thoroughly filled and submit all supporting documents required by this application.

Please note that cancellation and/or release cannot be approved if you have not studied a minimum of 24 weeks in your Principal Course, with IH.

Cancellation declaration

Please note Cancellation fee or Admin fee may apply. 
You will be informed by our team once your case is reviewed (up to 10 business days).

Once received, our Admissions Manager will review the withdrawal request and we will contact you directly to inform you of the outcomes.

Please note that submitting the documents does not confirm the withdrawal, and this process must be completed within two weeks of the withdrawal request date.  The course will officially be cancelled once we contact you to confirm.
