Who should apply to be a DREAM Program Instructor?

The DREAM Program is seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about supporting food and agriculture entrepreneurs in underserved communities. Ideal candidates are dedicated to helping small business owners overcome challenges, grow sustainably, and create economic opportunities. We’re looking for instructors who bring both industry expertise and a commitment to equity, empowerment, and community-driven success.

Qualified applicants should be skilled in areas such as bookkeeping, accounting, market research, branding, production planning, costing, pricing, regulatory compliance, and quality control. Experience in working with food and agriculture businesses is a plus. We welcome applicants who can make a consistent time commitment, manage regular coaching sessions and workshops, and demonstrate a flexible, solutions-oriented approach to mentorship.

If you have a desire to make a lasting impact, a background in business or food industries, and a readiness to support entrepreneurs in achieving their dreams, we encourage you to apply.
