2025-2026 Charity Partner Application Form

Each year, we select a charity partner to work with for the next 12 months. Our villages, offices, and construction sites all participate in fundraising and promoting our chosen cause. As a company, Ryman matches every dollar, up to $100,000, so that our charity partners receive double the amount fundraised.

• From art expos to walk-a-thons, the Ryman team work tirelessly to make our charity partnerships a roaring success.
• We also open our village doors and supply catering for your awareness-raising events, seminars, and lectures.
• Our marketing department keeps busy in the background promoting each partnership to our large audience so they know who we’re supporting and how they can get involved.

In 2024 Ryman raised over $138,000 for The Royal Flying Doctor Service Victoria. Since it's first village in 2014, Ryman Healthcare Australia has been raising money for a dedicated charity partner each year.  

What we look for in a charity partner

Each year, we choose a different charity partner for Australia. Previous charities we have supported included Fred Hollows Foundation, Prostate Cancer Australia, The Royal Flying Doctor Service and the Olivia Newton John Cancer and Wellness Centre.

• Our charitable partner must have a national presence across Australia. 
• We look to support charities that resonate across all areas of Ryman, including village living, construction and the wider team.
• Ideally the charity partner will have a dedicated partnerships person who we can liase with directly to ensure we are reaching the partnership goals. 
  
  

Selection Process

1. Complete the below application by 30th April 2025.
2. All applications are reviewed and shortlisted down to three charities.
3. Our residents and staff vote on the final three.
4. We notify the chosen charity and formally announce the partnership by the end of October. 

At the end of the partnership year, we host an event to present our current charity partner with a cheque and announce our new charity partner for the following year.
