Pausing your Namola Panic Tracker subscription

In order to pause your Namola Panic Tracker subscription, we need to make the sim card inactive, this means that the Namola Panic Tracker will no longer send signals to the Namola response centre when the SOS button is pushed.

This usually works up to a period of 3 months, however there is the chance that the service provider recycles the number, in which case you will need to send the Panic Tracker back to us at your cost to have the sim card replaced. There may be a small fee associated with the sim card, labour and the cost to ship the device back to you.

By submitting this form I agree to any costs that may be incurred to reactivate my subscription.
