Artificial Intelligence (AI) is having its moment. Driven in large part by the emergence this year of ChatGPT and other AI-enhanced generative content services, AI is now the must-have technology in everything from software-development tools to document-processing platforms. This paper discusses the ways AI is impacting the workplace in general and the document imaging industry in particular.
