Supports for Student Learning Program

Dates: September 17th - November 12th

Program Overview: This program is to support and empower black youth in BC on their journey to post-secondary school education and in navigating everyday life. It is a 9 week immersive afterschool program that covers an array of topics, exercises and a major project. Students will compete for scholarships.

Topics covered are: Using technology in a healthy way, anti-racism and black history, incorporating tech and learning, financial literacy, career readiness, entrepreneurship , mental health and wellness and black future visioning.
