One of the most important rules for volunteers as far as we are concerned is that you do what you do because you want to do it, not only out of a sense of duty or obligation, and certainly not from feelings of guilt.

Unless the costs you incur while working for us or others are part of what you want to give, volunteer work should not cost you anything in money terms.
