StateRAMP Participating Government Member Registration

Thank you for your interest in becoming a StateRAMP Participating Government Member. We are so excited you want to join our community!  

Please use this form to initiate the first steps in becoming a Participating Government.  

*Note: You MUST have signature authority for your organization to complete and submit this form. If you are an individual Government contributor looking to become a StateRAMP Member, please use the Individual Government Contributor membership form on StateRAMP.org.

What resources of the StateRAMP community are you interested in utilizing? Please select all that apply and note, you can update this at any time. Our staff will discuss these options with you in further detail on our initial application approval call.
StateRAMP can also provide the following resources and opportunities which we are excited to discuss with you in further detail during our introductory meeting: 

  • Join a StateRAMP Committee (Board of Directors, Steering Committee, Approvals, Nominating Committee, Standards & Technical) 
  • Publish a Program Page for your Government on StateRAMP’s website (ex. https://programs.stateramp.org/texas-and-stateramp/)
  • Assistance in APL / Progressing Snapshot Program
  • Leverage StateRAMP Security Snapshot in conjunction and/or in Place of current IT Policies
  • Assistance in updating Procurement Policies
  • Assistance in Vendor Communication 

By submitting this Application, you understand and agree to the following: 

You authorize your organization to be listed on the StateRAMP.org website as a participating organization

You agree that your organization will accept StateRAMP as part of its third-party risk management program.  

You and your organization are eligible to participate on StateRAMP’s committees

You and your organization have access to members only benefits, such as educational tools and resources, that are not available to the general public.
