By signing up to a VetCite account, you agree to the following terms:
1. Free Trial: Your first 2 weeks of service are free. This free trial does not include integration services.
2. Integration Fees: If you do not already have an integration set up, an integration fee will apply, along with an ongoing monthly fee after the 2-week trial period.
3. Obtaining Client Permission: You are responsible for obtaining explicit permission from your clients before recording them using VetCite.
4. Acknowledgement of Terms: By signing up, you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions.
5. Data Privacy & Security: You acknowledge that any data, including voice recordings, transcriptions, and personal information, may be processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but you are responsible for ensuring that any data shared complies with local privacy laws and regulations.
6. Usage Limitations: You agree not to use the voice-to-text recorder for unlawful or harmful activities, including but not limited to recording confidential information without proper consent or recording individuals without their knowledge and consent.
7. Data Retention & Deletion: We may retain your voice recordings and transcriptions for a specified period unless you request that they be deleted. You have the right to request the deletion of your recordings and transcriptions at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
8. Accuracy of Transcriptions: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the transcriptions, you understand that the AI voice-to-text technology may not always accurately transcribe your voice recordings. You are responsible for reviewing and validating the transcriptions.
9. Third-Party Integrations: If you choose to integrate the AI voice-to-text service with third-party applications or services, you acknowledge that these third parties may have access to your data, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions as well.
10. Changes to the Service: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the voice-to-text service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including technical or security issues.
11. Usage Rights: You retain ownership of the content you record and transcribe. However, by using the service, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze the recordings and transcriptions for the purpose of providing the service.
12. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the voice-to-text recorder, including any violation of third-party rights or privacy concerns.
13. Support and Availability: We provide support for the voice-to-text service as outlined in our support policy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and are not liable for any downtime or technical issues.
14. No Liability for Content: We are not responsible for the content of the voice recordings or transcriptions, nor do we assume any liability for any harm or damages that arise from the use of transcribed content.
