Introduction to Reproducible Research Practices and the Open Single-cell Pediatric Cancer Atlas (OpenScPCA) Project


Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation's (ALSF) Childhood Cancer Data Lab (Data Lab) is hosting a workshop to introduce pediatric cancer researchers to reproducible research practices. This workshop includes an optional day for learning about OpenScPCA, the Data Lab's new collaborative project.

  • Day 1 (May 14) - Reproducible Research Practices
  • Optional Day 2 (May 15) - Introduction to OpenScPCA
Please note that some familiarity with basic coding concepts (e.g. defining variables, data structures, control flow structures) is expected.
