Vendor Participation Fee:

We do not take a percentage of the earnings you make. However, we do charge a $150 vendor participation fee, subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.

By participating in our event as a vendor, you will be given best practice guidelines based on our audience and the ongoing data collected from previous vendors. We will also schedule a virtual orientation session to answer any outstanding questions and provide additional information to help you maximize your success.

Furthermore, we will be promoting your business before, during and after the event. Lastly, the Organizers will strive to provide you with footage (professional phots and videos) of your experience and display following the event.*

We believe in transparency with vendors and providing them with accurate forecasting to appropriately set expectations. If all parties agree to move forward collaboratively, at the end of your experience, we ask that you share your total sales. This may be provided in the form of a printed receipt. In the absence of a printed receipt, an electronic one is satisfactory. If neither option is possible, a verbal confirmation is acceptable. Additionally, after the event, you will receive an email containing a short survey. By selecting this box, you consent to these terms.*
